Turning Interest Into Action

For months, we had been searching for a charitable organization that would allow our young children to participate. Since we had been turned away over and over, we decided to start our own charity. We want our children to know that every good deed counts and that we can all help in some way, big or small.

We started Columbus Blessing Boxes Project in January of 2018 by purchasing some used cabinets on Craigslist, and with some willing friends and family, we turned them into the first Blessing Boxes. 

To this day, we continue our project of helping to fight food insecurity by serving those in need in more than 100 areas of the Columbus community!
